Producer's Note: I would like to highlight that honey is a highly complex ingredient as it derives from the nectar of different flowers. The intent of this recipe is to maximize this complexity and deliver a unique experience to customers. The blend of honeys from different flowers (wildflower and orange blossom) is responsible for bringing a delightful plurality of flavors and balance to the palate.
Fermentation occurs slowly and uses high-quality imported yeasts. After fermentation, the beverage undergoes a maturation process over months to enhance flavors and aromas and balance the sweetness.
